How long does delivery take?

For mainland Portugal and Spain, delivery usually takes between 24 and 48 hours. For other European countries, the delivery time may be slightly longer, typically between 72 and 96 hours, except in cases of stock shortages.

For countries outside the European Union, customs duties may apply, which are the customer's responsibility. Please note that customs procedures may also cause delivery delays beyond normal shipping times.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to make the change. Please contact us immediately, indicating your order number.

Once the expedition is complete, no further changes will be possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit/debit cards, PayPal, MB WAY, and Apple Pay are accepted. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

How can I return a product?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your order number, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

The products must be unopened and in perfect condition, in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Yes. All products are developed with high-quality ingredients, tested for safety, and in compliance with European Union regulations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipments are made to most European countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout, based on the destination address.
