1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does delivery take?

For Portugal and mainland Spain, delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours. For other European countries, it may take a bit longer, typically between 72 and 96 hours, except in cases of stock shortages.

 

For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs procedures may also cause delays in delivery beyond the standard shipping times.

Does your products contain sugar or artificial sweeteners?

No! Our products have no added sugars and are sweetened only with natural sweeteners like stevia glycosides, offering a great taste without compromising your health.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes, we do offer vegan options! Please refer to the individual product pages for detailed information on ingredients and suitability.
