Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

For Portugal and mainland Spain, delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours. For other European countries, it may take a bit longer, typically between 72 and 96 hours, except in cases of stock shortages.

 

For countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs procedures may also cause delays in delivery beyond the standard shipping times.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to modify it. Please contact us immediately with your order number. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, MBWAY and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

How do I return a product?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process. Products must be unopened and in their original condition.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most European countries. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
