You may exercise your data protection rights at any time, free of charge.
What you can request
Access the data we hold about you and receive a copy. Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete. Erase your data, where it is no longer necessary and no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Restrict processing while you contest the accuracy of the data. Receive your data in a structured format, to transmit it to another controller. Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including marketing. Withdraw any consent you have given.
How to request
Through the form on this page, which you will find below. Simply sign in to your account and choose what you want: to receive a copy of your data, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. Because the request is made from your account, your identity is confirmed and we do not need to ask you for anything further.
By e-mail, to wecare@zelthynutrition.com, if you do not have an account or if you wish to exercise any of the other rights listed above, such as restriction of processing, portability or objection. Tell us what you want and the e-mail address associated with your orders.
We reply within one month. If the request is complex, that period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will tell you within the first month, explaining why.
For requests made by e-mail, if we have reasonable doubts about the identity of the person making the request, we may ask for additional information to confirm it. We do so only where necessary and use that information for no other purpose.
Limits
Some data must be kept even after a request for erasure, because a legal obligation requires it. This is the case for invoices and accounting records, which tax law requires us to keep for 10 years. In those cases we delete everything else and explain to you what remains and why.
