European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform
In addition, the European Union provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform , which allows consumers and traders in the EU to resolve disputes arising from online transactions.
The ODR platform is an interactive website managed by the European Commission and can be accessed at the following address:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Through this platform, you can submit a complaint in any official language of the European Union, which will then be forwarded to the competent national authority.
Important Information
Voluntary nature: The use of an ADR entity is voluntary and constitutes an alternative to judicial proceedings.
Duty to inform: Under European legislation, companies must provide clear information about ADR mechanisms and the ODR platform. Zelthy fulfills this duty as part of its commitment to transparency and consumer protection.
