Dispatch and delivery times
Once payment is confirmed, the order is processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery times, counted from dispatch, are as follows:
- Mainland Portugal: 24 to 48 business hours
- Mainland Spain: 48 to 72 business hours
- Portuguese and Spanish islands, and all other destinations: 72 to 96 business hours
These are good-faith estimates. In any event, and unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days from the formation of the contract. If we fail to deliver within that period, you may set an additional reasonable period and, if that is not met, terminate the contract and be refunded in full. See clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions.
Your order is delivered by a partner carrier. You will receive e-mail or SMS updates on the status of your order and may change the delivery address or reschedule delivery directly with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs apply to all orders and are calculated at checkout, based on destination and weight. All amounts shown include VAT. Shipping is free when the order value is equal to or greater than the amount shown in the last column.

Free shipping is not available for the Spanish islands, due to a limitation of the carrier service to those destinations.
Customs duties and import taxes
For shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged to the recipient.
The same applies to the Canary Islands. Although they are part of Spain and of the European Union, they lie outside the EU VAT territory and, for customs purposes, shipments there are treated as imports. The recipient may have to pay IGIC, the Canary Islands indirect tax, and any customs clearance fees. The Balearic Islands are not in this situation.
These costs are outside our control, are not included in the shipping cost and are borne by the customer. Customs procedures may also delay delivery beyond the periods stated above.
We do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla.
