Dispute Resolution
Last updated: 30 July 2026
At Zelthy, operated by Huxia, Lda., we aim to resolve any issue quickly and fairly. This page sets out the options available to you if we cannot reach an agreement.
1. Contact us first
Most cases are resolved here. Write to wecare@zelthynutrition.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We reply within 5 business days.
2. Portuguese electronic Complaints Book
You may file a complaint at any time, free of charge, at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. The complaint is forwarded to the competent regulatory authority, which in our sector is ASAE.
3. Alternative dispute resolution
Alternative dispute resolution allows consumer disputes to be settled through an independent and impartial body, without going to court. Its use is voluntary and it is free or low-cost.
Huxia, Lda. is not bound by membership to any alternative dispute resolution entity. Nevertheless, we set out the routes available:
If you live in Portugal
You may turn to CIMAAL, the Algarve Consumer Dispute Information, Mediation and Arbitration Centre, which has territorial jurisdiction over our registered office, or to any other authorised entity.
The full list of certified ADR entities is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
If you live in another European Union country, Norway or Iceland
You may turn to the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence. This network, the ECC-Net, provides free assistance in cross-border consumer disputes, in your own language, and works together with the European Consumer Centre Portugal.
You can find your country’s centre at commission.europa.eu/topics/consumers/consumer-rights-and-complaints/resolve-your-consumer-complaint/european-consumer-centres-network-ecc-net_en.
4. About the European Online Dispute Resolution platform
If you came here looking for the European Commission’s ODR platform: it was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. It stopped accepting new complaints on 20 March 2025.
If you had a case in progress on that platform, or intended to start one, please use the routes described above.
5. Going to court
Using alternative dispute resolution does not deprive you of your right to go to court. For consumer disputes, the courts of your own domicile have jurisdiction.
